For big volume, consistence, light weight parts, we offers vacuum foaming trays that are shape according to parts. Can use APET, PVC and PP for different customer request. Clamp shell Trays also supplied to many MNCs for long.

Various plastic wraps are available for simple and convenience protection. Bubble wraps available in 10mm 25mm diameter. PE sheet from 0.5mm to 5mm thickness are the most common type use for minimum protection to different sizes of parts. Also supply in antistatic property.
